In case you didn’t hear, Jennifer Aniston joined Instagram at the tail end of 2019, and considering the vast majority of the country has been in quarantine for most of 2020, that decision couldn’t have come at a better time. The Friends star has been sharing her quarantine life on the social platform. In her most recent post, Aniston’s post-work self portrait proved that she’s still getting in her fitness while social distancing.
In the photo, Aniston’s yoga mat is laid flat across the floor, but to say this is a self-portrait is really only half true. The actress’s face isn’t featured in the upload at all. In fact, you don’t really even see her. You see her imprint—as in, literally the full imprint of her body.
From the tops of her shoulders to the backs of her thighs, Aniston’s form can be seen perfectly embedded in sweat on the map. In fact, you can even see the indentation from the top of her leggings and the outline of the racerback tank top she was wearing. Is this a self-portrait? Kind of. Was her workout seriously sweaty? Definitely.
Aniston hasn’t just been working out during quarantine. She’s also been using her social media to promote mask-wearing. In the most recent image on her feed, Aniston looks directly into the camera, a black cloth mask on her face. In her caption, she writes, “If you care about human life, please… just #wearadamnmask and encourage those around you to do the same.”
When she’s not calling on others to do their part, though, Aniston is clearly getting her workouts in.
