I am constantly amazed that so many people struggle to fall asleep on planes. It’s simple if you follow a few easy tips.

Falling asleep on a plane is no difficult task, especially if you get it a routine. As someone who takes regular flights of similar distance to flights from Rochester to West Palm Beach, I find that have a short sleep can be very beneficial to one’s health and make the flight pass in a few moments. By using a blanket, especially one that airlines provide free of charge, allows you to warm your body up, and sends yourself to sleep. Being in a dark environment is another way to get to sleep, so taking some sort of eye masks of eye coverings can help you fall asleep quickly.
