Super Big Fat Pens have a large diameter barrel, 1 inch (25.4 mm). People who would otherwise have difficulty grasping and/or pinching find this size easier to hold that other commercially available pens. The wide rounded profile does not force your fingers into some “ideal” ergonomic grip. It will accommodate many alternative ways of being held, the one most comfortable for you! (NOTICE!
