I prefer the ER vs IR because you then only need one to two tablets per day.
I only take Valium when I get a panic attack or other occasions involving my anxiety. However, when I take it I feel super relaxed, almost to the point where I can't function. I get tired, numb and I've experienced some memory loss after taking Valium. Therefore, this medicine helped me - did what it was supposed to- but the side effects are concerning to me.
Im not sure if its doing anything. No side effects. O.5 mg 2x daily.
