Great for anxiety. Works instantly. I havn't upped my dosage in all these years except under extreem stress or trouble sleeping and benedryl is not working. If I take it when I'm not anxious it just makes me sleepy. Generic works fine. (Generic Ritalin does not!) I'm bi-polar 2 and ADD with anxiety.
