helps with heartburn, not my overall digestive health, September 6, 2016

I’ve had underlying stomach problems almost all of my adult life. I can probably attribute my issues more to a less-than-adequate diet than genetics, particularly becausefor the longest time my diet consisted of fast foods (pizza, beer and other foods that don’t settle well with my particular stomach). Goodsense has really helped, and are some of the most effective pills that I’ve ever taken to help alleviate my stomach and heartburn issues. Since starting to use them my heartburn and indigestion issues have been great be mitigated, and I love that they’re delayed release because that means I don’t have to wait pop pills constantly before eating. I try not to use these pills too frequently, it’s more of a program you should take, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on, it really varies depending upon your severity. After a while, I honestly realized that it was my diet and not my physiology that was the underlying cause for my stomach problems. Over the past few months I have been trying to clean up my act by eat healthier and exercising more in order to regulate my bowels. I’ve also looked into using probiotics like this particularly well reviewed probiotic, and in doing so I’ve limited my need for antacids and other pain relieving stomach supplements to those few occasions when I regress to my former diet and splurge on greasy and fattening foods.

I highly recommend that you don’t try to take just the quickfix solution. Don’t try to just take a pill that will mask the symptoms of anunhealthy diet or lifestyle! If you need to eat better, then do it. If you need to take it a probiotic to augment a lifetime of poor eating habits, then do it! If you have ever traveled, then you’ll know what “traveler’s diarrhea” is – it’s not a pleasant subject but it’s necessary topic to coverwhen discussing stomach ailments. Your stomach needs a healthy microbiome in order to facilitate a regular bowel movement, and limit the amount of acid your stomach produces. In order to achieve this goal, we must take probiotics. I certainly hope this review has helped you, as this lifestyle change has been just what I needed over the past few months. In adopting a better diet and taking the necessary steps to improve my quality of life, I can safely say that I do not need to use these pills on a daily basis and use them only in cases of emergency.

Good Sense Omeprazole works as good as Prilosec at a much better price! Great product to help with heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux disease. I also take a probiotic on a daily basis and it has also really helped with my stomach and digestion issues, it is called Probiomax – Maximum Potency Probiotic and Prebiotic Formula. These products are the best for tummy issues, they really work.

Unlike another reviewer here, I’m not a pharmacist. But my next-door neighbor is, and she says the same thing; this delayed-release acid reducer has the same ingredients as Prilosec® and works the very same way … but at a fraction of the cost.

I’ve been using a Walgreens store brand of omeprazole for a long time. I find the prevention method of controlling acid reflux works best for me. When I have a flare-up I take one these every morning for about a week (not 14 days). The heartburn stops in just one day, but I continue to take the tablets every morning for a week, and this seems to break the cycle … the problem goes away for a long time … a month or two.

Walgreens’ price was good, but it’s even cheaper here on Amazon. Why would anyone pay more?
