I was given an extremely low dosage of this, don't know if that was part of the problem but it didn't do anything for me good or bad.
I take Valium to counter the side effects from Wellbutrin. For me, it's terrific. I need only about 3 - 5 mg before bed, it takes effect after about 20 minutes (an added bonus is that when it takes effect it feels very nice but that's not why I take it...) and then I just sleep! My problem is staying asleep and Valium definitely works. The BEST PART for me is that when I wake up I feel clean. I don't feel groggy or stupid. My doctor says it has lifespan of 24 hours but I don't experience that at all. When I get up in the morning I'm basically ready to go. For me, it's been a great drug and does what it's supposed to do.
