Let’s face it – most people don’t really want to wear a mask. But if you need to – you might as well use a mask that you can live with – one that fits well and works well. Breathe Healthy® Masks are reusable cloth masks that filter out airborne allergens, spores, dander, germs, bacteria and viruses. Our solid color masks use what we call our Honeycomb material. It is a very comfortable and flexible material, designed for athletic wear, and its ideal properties have made our Honeycomb masks our best selling products. Breathe Healthy® Microbe Shield® masks utilize the state of the art, hospital safe, non allergenic AEGIS hi-tech performance antimicrobial treatment that lasts for the life of the mask. Breathe Healthy masks have been tested by a leading lab to filter down to 1.0 micron. When adjusted to fit snugly, Breathe Healthy masks help to protect against germs, pollen, dust, pet hair & dander, allergens, mold spores, many bacteria, effluents from coughs and sneezes (containing flu viruses), and many of the particles that pollute the air (all 1.0 micron or larger). Worth Every Penny: Update 08/17, November 12, 2015

Update: After 2 years, I’m still using this face mask. One of the beads broke, but that was from tumbling in the dryer – I’d recommend simply air drying it. Still really like this face mask though and it’s doing just as great for my allergies.

I received this face mask last night, just in time to give my dog a hair trim. First and foremost, I’m incredibly pleased after being concerned that I paid too much for a face mask.

QUALITY: The build of the mask if very durable and professional. The stitching is all well done, and the securing head bands around the back are thick nylon bands with beads on the ends that allow a comfortable, custom fit around your head while also seeming very durable.

PERFORMANCE: The face mask stayed on my face for 3 hours while I breathed, talked, moved around, and even at one point lifted up the bottom to take a quick drink. In that 3 hours, I never once felt annoyed by it being on my face. In fact, I hardly noticed it was there. There was no restriction to my air flow, but I also had no allergic reaction to any of the hair or dander visibly circulating in the air. Normally after an hour I would have been sneezing up a storm with my nose running like a faucet. A+ design on preventing allergens, while keeping air flowing cool and normally to your nose and mouth.

OVERALL: It filters allergens, is durable in construction, is very lightweight and not noticeable on your face, and comes in some nice color options. I’ll update when I use it while spraying chemicals to clean my bathroom in a few weeks. As of now, well worth what I paid!

I had trouble with my glasses fogging while using masks when I mow. Read a review on this mask and I tried it. Works great. No fogging now, and it’s comfortable to wear. Does not itch or scratch even after several hours use. It also wicks moisture, so sweat won’t build up. It’s also washable. Easy to adjust. I should have bought 2 or 3 of these! I notice that there is now a “2 pack deal”, get this so you have a spare.

Hi, have serious allergy and asthma not to mention a bout of valley fever so believe me when i tell you I know how important getting clean air into your lungs is. This mask is pretty decent, it does filter out quite a bit of dust, pollen and so forth – so its worth getting if you’ve tried other masks and they just don’t do it for you. It does help and does make a difference. Also being washable is a plus. Have been using it for about 3 months now and yes it works.

The draw backs are 1 – which are pretty obvious, it gets warmish, in a cold climate that would be a plus. Also the metal wire which is pushed to form a seal around the nose isn’t that great. its a bit to tough and strong and sits pretty heavy on the nose and cheek bones, they could improve it by making that lighter. It also doesn’t keep out pollutants like car exhaust and so forth – but i guess it wasn’t intended for that, which is a shame.

However, over all its worth it, it will help keep you going if you are an asthma or allergy suffer, but it is not a miracle worker, it won’t solve all your problems and it won’t get rid of 100% of all that bad stuff in the air. But it does a decent job. So get it until you kind find something better. Its well worth it considering you’ve breathe in better air then before and also help cut down on those darn allergy pills which everyone knows is not a good to take, especially on a regular basis.

I hope that helped. Just trying to be honest as a fellow allergy suffer and so forth, i know how it is. Good luck.
